ERGOSUM TEAM is a constant-thickness carbon-fiber bar compatible with most clip-ons. ERGOSUM is shallower than ROTUNDO, and its shape suits smaller hands better. We redesigned the bend with a tighter radius where the brake lever sits, so you can adjust the angle of your handhold on the hoods easily without moving the lever far in either direction. Below the levers, the transition to the bottom of the bars is gradual, so it’s comfortable to get hold of anywhere along its length. 3T created the ERGOSUM bend to fit the latest shifter levers, and with many racers now spending more time on the hoods, this shape has grown in popularity.

It provides a great interface with the hoods combined with a shallow drop that most should find comfortable to reach. But, at over 3 times the price of its aluminium understudy it is a high price to pay for only 40g of weight saving. The tighter bend makes it very comfortable since I spend a lot of time on the hood. I highly recommend it.
