The '2-Way Fit' version is designed for tubeless tyres; they're called '2-Way Fit' because you can also run them with normal clinchers and inner tubes. Dave on 11/17/2010, said: Today on my ride I hit a massive hole, so bad it tweaked my left wrist (I am a big big dude). My old Mavic MA 40s would have been flat spotted at the very least. Had I been on my other "new style" wheels, Mavic Kysrium Equipes, double pinch flats would have been certain. These are better in every way than my Kysrium Equipe wheels. The Racing 3 2-way fit spin up faster, and are stiffer too. These wheels make me want to ride!. While not quite a tubular ride these are darn close.
