Asif on 4/11/2011, said: Having small hands, I was a little worried about the right fit/feel. But I was able to adjust them perfectly. After upgrading to Super Record from Centaur, the difference has been like night and day. Shifting is much smoother/easier. You can move up 3 sprockets at a time when you're trying to launch an off-saddle attack. It also allows you to shift down 5 sprockets at a time when you're about to hit a hill.
